Change of Mind Returns
We may accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of delivery.

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
For hygiene and health protection reasons, pillows and bedding products that have been opened or used may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.

If a product is faulty, damaged, not fit for purpose, or significantly different from its description, you are entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law.
If the failure is major, you may choose a refund or replacement.
If the failure is minor, we may choose to repair or replace the item.
